CitiBank Costco Visa card downloading failure

Hello. My Citibank Costco Visa card updated via One Step Update just fine for months. Around April 23rd it failed and continues to fail to this day. What I see is that when I click CTRL-ALT-a to update, the One Step Update Settings window appears but the bank's data does not. The only option is to 'Fill Passwords' which does not succeed.
I have attempted to re-add the account to the vault numerous times and it still does not work. When it succeeds and auto-updates, I get transactions going back to February up to April 22nd. I then have the choice to re-enter and delete all the duplicate transactions or to Restore from a saved backup (which I have done numerous times now).
Can you assist? Thank you.

Hello @corymayback
Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. That is quite odd. I'm wondering if it's just having some connectivity issues.
Let's try a validate and repair first to see if we're able to get it working consistently.- Go to File > File Operations > Copy (do not choose Year End Copy for this procedure).
- Leave all the settings, including file name and checkboxes, at their default (change nothing on this screen). Simply click OK.
- After the Copy is complete, choose to Open New Copy.
- In the New Copy, go to File > File Operations > Validate & Repair > Validate to ensure there are no lingering issues with the data in this file.
- If your issue was with Investment account(s) slowness or other data issues with an investment account, be sure to also select Rebuild Lots during this procedure.
- After the Validation process is finished, you will see the Data_Log appear in a Notepad window. This file is a summary of the Validation results.
- Review the Data_Log.txt for messages pertaining to the quality of your data and resolve any that are advised with instructions you should follow.
Please let us know how it goes!
Thanks,
