Banana Republic Credit Card and capital One Credit Card eBill issue

I think I saw some posts that say capital one ebill is still an issue. However I am facing the same problem with Banana Republic Credit Cards. Does anyone have the same problem or is this something specific to my account. My account is about a week old.

I do recommend contacting us at quicken support due to support having tools to diagnose what exactly is is happening.
