I am having the same issue. It asks for my password, I put it in, the small window disappears, and then nothing. Waited several minutes, but nothing.
Task Manager only shows the one instance of Quicken running and no other processes related to Quicken. No transaction processing window pops up, nothing.
Was working just last week without an issue. No backup software running, no DropBox, no OneDrive, as this is the only process running.

Hi @""Charles Sampson",I would start over. See this procedure: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7844658/installing-reinstalling-windows-quicken-subscription-editionsAlways, make sure that you have Manual Backups to fall back on. Do not rely on Automatic Backups.
