Investment Reports: Total Gain/lost from a Stock that includes dividens

Is there a report that will tell me how much I made with a particular Stock?

For example if I bought MOT 30 years ago I would like to know: 
1. How much I expended on that Stock.
2. How much I gain in dividends.
3. and if I sold it, how much I made or lost.
4. The final total of how much I gain or lost after adding all that

    Yes that is the report. I just notice the line that says End Mkt Val
