Installed latest version 27.1.28.10, now have problems downloading transactions

I installed the latest update version and my online banking accounts are not updating. You can see the circling arrows that looks like they are updating but then it doesn't save the information

Try installing Mondo Patch as 1st thing to try.

Same problem, should not have done the patch update, I can't submit any new transactions via BOA bill pay, you can hit enter, update etc. it just doesn't go...
Had updated everything and did a backup before the patch. How can I back out the patch that I just added, based on the process it is the patch...0 -
