How can I schedule something on the 4th Wednesday each month?

My Social Security is deposited on the 4th Wednesday of each month and there is no option for that available. Monthly doesn't work because the 4th Wednesday falls on a different date each month.

    I'm using Quicken 2020 Deluxe version 5.17.3 Could this capability be included in one of the next updates?
