Confirm entry edit or change

in Registers & Transactions (Windows)
Some of my accounts allow me to edit or add information to a transaction and accept the change and some require a popup to confirm I wish to save the changes. I cannot for the life of me find out where this option is set so I can make all of the accounts the same. Can you point me?

    Found it, as I often do right after posting the question :) Under preferences, notify. But it is global and was not working on all accounts. Unchecking, saving, rechecking and saving and now works on all accounts.
