Is anyone able to use quick pay with Citi?

I am able to download e-bills from Citi, but I am unable to pay bills through quickpay for Citi. I've called Quicken support a few times they didn't come up with any answers other than, "Try again tomorrow."

    I have been able to pay Citi with quickpay if I submit for immediate payment. If I choose a future date, the payment will fail with the following message: "Quicken was unable to process your payment because the Citi website is experiencing an outage. Your payment has been canceled. Please retry your payment later."

    This has happened several times--with a late fee as well--I am guessing that the time quicken goes to enter a scheduled payment happens to coincide with when Citi's site is down for maintainance.
