Are you basically asking how to share your Quicken data file between 2 computers ?
BTW - the Quicken Cloud is NOT that type of feature or concept -

Yeah - that's what most folks do....
    Is this a 1 time shot -
OR.... are you wanting to have both computers alternating in accessing, modifying, and doing the - Save/Restore - back and forth ?
OR - are you just wanting to "look at things" from the other computer....
Let us know - as there are various suggestions and techniques for all -

Depending upon what you need, you can review the Quicken Cloud link above -
and the associated - Quicken Mobile App - and Quicken on the Web -
These give you the ability to see, touch, and update certain accounts you specifiy from the Quicken desktop program....

I have successfully used Dropbox for several years to link more than one computer to my Quicken data file. I just recently successfully switched from Dropbox to MS Onedrive to do the same. I'm sure you could use just about any cloud storage device.

Note: Only one computer should open the file at a time. When you close the file, give it a few minutes (depending upon your internet speed) to upload to the cloud and download to your other computer(s). If you use a laptop/notebook, give it time to update before closing or turning the computer off.
