Problem with balances matching

in Registers & Transactions (Windows)
My checking account has been showing a balance of $500.00 less on the account bar than what it actually is.
Is there a setting I need to adjust? I can't figure it out.
I have been using Quicken for years and I am using Quicken Premier 2020 Version R29.22 Build 27.1.29.22

    In the account bar settings there are 2 settings: 1 is to show the current balance, and the 2nd to show the ending balance. Try changing your setting.
