red flag but no transactions to review

Hello, I was able to clear the red flag by finding previous solutions but now, even though I have updated my settings, that is the only way to get my transactions downloaded. I would like to be able to review items beforehand again. Thanks

I assume you followed the instructions in https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7679372/faq-quicken-windows-2018-red-flag-but-no-transactions-to-review-bugAfter setting your Preferences and running an OSU to get the stuck transactions out of limbo, did you change the "Automatically add ..." settings back to unchecked?Did you also run a File Validation? If not, please run Step (2) of Troubleshooting 101 - Fixing Software Installation and Data File Problems
