Subcategories in Budget but not in Category List

Just noticed today doing a budget that 2 subcategories of a budgeted category of personal expenses are in my budgeted categories are not in the overall category list. Wanted to change a description. I did check the hide and unhide button with no changes. Any ideas on this one?  Thanks

    Please verify that the Category List
    • does say "Show [Full List]"
    • "All categories" is selected in the left sidebar
    • "Show hidden categories" has a checkmark
    • is sorted by Category (look for the Category column header. Does it have a black triangle pointing up next to it? If not, click the Category column header to sort by name)
    Do the missing categories now show?
