Quicken On Web investment info problem

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I'm wondering here have you tried resetting the cloud just yet? If not it'd be something that we should be able to try to see if we get those accounts in.
To reset the cloud account you can go across the top to Edit > Preferences > Mobile and web > Reset your cloud data.
Once you've done this go ahead and try checking again to see if we're able to see the investment accounts.
