Unable download or update from AAFCU

For at least a week now 20 of 22 accounts at American Airlines Federal credit Union will not download or update. When I try to reset the connection I get the error message that says "General Error. Server Communication Error There was a problem during communication with our servers: Can't setup 'American Airlines FCU' " Downloading/updating from AAFCU is problematic at best as I have to run one step update twice but all of the accounts have been updating until about a week or so ago. Any suggested solutions?

    Update - After several unsuccessful attempts at disconnect/reconnect the AAFCU accounts it miraculously worked and all accounts will download/update at least for now.
