"Download Error (504)" "HTTP-504 Error from Chase" and 502 [Edited]

I'm getting this error when I try to update any of my Chase accounts.
I'm running the latest version of Quicken for Mac.
Mac is running Big Sur.

Have been getting HTTP 502 error from all J.P. Morgan accounts since Dec 12. Can not download any transactions from this institution.0
