TurboTax Sched C "Communications" - where in Quicken tax lines

In Turbo Tax (2019...yea, I file late), there is a Schedule C line item "Communications", but there is not line choice for that in Q. Workaround?

  On Schedule C Communications goes on line 25 with Utilities
  
  

  Communication and Utilities go to schedule C line 25 even though they are split out separately in Turbo Tax.   I enter $100 under Communications and $200 under Utilities and $300 showed up on Schedule C line 25 Utilities.

  I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
