Finding a transaction

When I hit Ctrl+F to find a transaction (category, amount, check #, etc) in the past it used to pre-populate with the information in the register section I was in at the time. However, it no longer does that. Is this an error in the program?

Not an error, a deliberate change. Go here and vote:https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7878081/add-user-preference-for-find-default-search-field/p1
