    H E L P - The categories WINDOW no longer shows my manually added categories. I see my manually added categories in the drop down menu when assigning categories and in reports. I only see the default categories in the categories WINDOW.

      First thing I would check is that you have not accidentally chosen to only show unused categories. Look at the bottom of the category window, and click on the gear icon. Make sure the Show Only Unused Categories is not selected (checked)

      Choose it again from the popup list to unselect. 

      (Choosing it toggles it on/off)
