Tracking Back Rents in Rental Properties

During Covid I have a few tenants who are not able to pay complete rents. I had one who could only pay 1/2 for 2 months and is now catching up by paying more than her monthly rent. I can't figure any way to do this reasonably in Quicken and have to do it externally with a spreadsheet. Any ideas?

    Put it in on the date you received it and in notes tab write what it was for.
