budget totals not correct?

In my premise related budget for 2020, each category is positive (green), but quicken says the total of the premise related expenses is a very large negative (red) number? What am I missing?

  It's ok, I figured it out. I had to back into edit budget, and then make the total of premise related 0 so it would add up properly. Thank you
