Download transactions

I have been bad and have not downloaded my transactions since November.
I was able to download one bank account by resetting it. I have no idea how I did this but it worked. I have several more to go. Can you tell me how to reset each account?

    Why do you want to reset? Have you just tried doing a one step update?

    Yes, I have tried doing each count individually. The bank account worked once it was reset. I want to do the rest but cannot figure out how to reset. I don't know what I did to get that question to pop up. When I download the balance at the bottom is correct but the transactions did not download since my last download in Nov. Do you know how to reset/repair an account?

    If the balance is correct, the transactions should be there.  Please check the filters t the top of,the register to be sure they are showing all transactions.  

    Resetting is available by right clicking the account in the account bar, picking edit/delete account and then the online services tab. 

    What question is popping up?
