slow log in

Why is quicken slow to start up when not connected to the internet? It is also slow to respond. This does not happen when connected to internet.

    Good question! I'll file a bug here so someone can look and see if this happens all the time, or if it's something specific to your situation. It would be very helpful if you could use the "report a problem" menu item to submit a set of logs (and a sanitized file, if you're comfortable with that). Then we can see what's happening.
