Issue with Quicken version after membership expiration

I installed update 31.6 one day before my membership expired. Now Quicken won't run at all because it thinks that version was created after my membership expired. The popup has a link to a support article that states that I have to reinstall the Quicken version from April 2019 (over one and a half years ago).
