I have changed banking institutions and want to start anew with my 2021 edition

Help with starting 2021 with new information and deleting the old?

    Just to clarify - Quicken is like other programs -
    there is the program (like Word, Excel, etc)
    and there is the data file (like DOC or XLS)
    So... you can have 1 or many different Quicken QDF files -
    and Open / Close them as needed.
    To totally start a whole new world ..... File --> New Quicken File
