"Downloaded Transactions (0)" and "Bill and Income Reminders (0 Due)" Tabs

in Download, Add/Update Accounts (Windows)
After having struggled with the USAA problems, I've lost the
"Downloaded Transactions (0)" and "Bill and Income Reminders (0 Due)"
tabs at the bottom of one account. (The other three still have them.)
How do I get the tabs back?

    The Bill and Income Reminders tab and the Downloaded Transactions tab do not show at the bottom of the register if the account has been set to "automatically accept downloaded transactions into your register".

    Perfect - I turned off the Automatic downloads and have the tabs back. Thank you!
