I have multiple Quicken files. Can I use mobile / sync with just one of the files?

Or, once sync is selected in Quicken will it want to apply that to any file I open on my PC

  All the config info is stored per each separate QDF file -
  

  So.. you enable Cloud Sync and select which accounts in the QDF file you want to have avail for the Mobile App or the Quicken on the Web.

  However, if the same accounts appear in each of the different QDF files, they of course would be made avail to the Quicken Cloud.
