Quicken mobile app cannot connect to USAA FSB

USAA FSB implemented new security measures (Access ID & Access PIN) last month. Quicken mobile app is now unable to connect to USAA FSB.

    I'm having the same problem, and in fact, I'm on hold with USAA Quicken tech support as I type this message. I opened a trouble ticket with USAA way back on 16 Feb, and they have yet to get back with me to follow-up. So I figured I'd call and get an update from them.
