How do I get the budget in Quicken Windows to be included in Quicken Mobile?

Since the recent Quicken Mobile update, my budget in Quicken Windows no longer appears in Quicken Mobile.

    Never mind. I changed the current budget to a hypothetical budget and back to my real budget in Quicken Windows and then did a sync to mobile. The budget now is shown in Quicken Mobile.
