CC-502 error

Hello, I'm trying to add a Bank of America account and getting the CC-502 error...I've tried to add this account several times within last week...getting the same error.
Please assist. Thanks!

I am now receiving cc 502 errors with HomeTrust Bank when updating transactrions. I was receiving a cc 800 error until yesterday. Everything worked once and then I got the cc 502 error. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this has gone on for weeks.
