Quicken added an adjustment to my car loan that effectively paid off the loan - how to fix?

Since the loan is not recognized as being paid off, I can't go in and delete or revise any of the transactions in the register...ugh What can I do?

    Is that loan account activated for transaction downloading? If yes, deactivate it and see if that helps.

    I meant to say that since the loan is now being recognized as being paid off, I don't have access to the transaction register - Quicken is only asking me to close out the loan...which I have not done
