Some accounts ask to save and some do not....

Searched and tried HELP but to no avail. Some of my accounts ask to save changes when I edit a Memo or Tag, and some do not. Cannot find the setting to toggle that for each account? Pointer?

    Seems I had actually asked this before. Answer was uncheck and recheck the global preference to ask to save and all registers then become an ask to change. Will try that and only post back if it does not work.
