trying to install quicken subscription and it gives me the needs ie6.0 to install error

i contacted customer support and they told me my machine does not meet the minimum requirements, Intel i5-9600@3.7 GHz, 16 GB ram, windows 10

If you were reading https://community.quicken.com/discussion/comment/20167457#Comment_20167457 and got sidetracked by a link to an archived discussion ... never mind that. Keep reading to the bitter end. The final article states that the customer had to reinstall Windows 10. He states:"In any event I re-installed the 64 bit Win10 Pro operating system in a way as to not lose any data or settings and subsequently installed the subscription Quicken without any problem."
