Download confuses upcoming bills when amount is the same

So I have an upcoming bill with the amount 14.99, but another transaction for 14.99 downloads and matches it to the upcoming bill that should download in 10 days. How do I unmatch the download with the incorrect transaction and get the right one either entered, downloaded or both? Thank you.
