Release R34.13 which popped up this morning with One Step Update will not install. Keep getting an error message. Quicken opened but still shows me the update as available. When I click on it, Quicken closes. You guys need to fix this.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with installing the latest Quicken update. It seems as though the patch loader may not be starting when you click updating. With that being the case I would recommend downloading the patch from the mondo patch page down below.
Once you get a chance to try these steps please let us know if you're able to get the program updated.
