When I enter a deposit transaction in my checking account it takes it out of my savings.

The problem just started with my June deposits. I have quicken 4.8.6

But is it still showing as a deposit in checking? Sounds like it's entering as a transfer from Savings to Checking. Check if you have a transfer on it. You might need to show the Transfer column to see if it is. It might be getting it from a deposit that was a transfer before.
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

Yes it is treating it like a transfer. These are transactions that are routine each month and it just started this in June. How do you get it from doing this?0
