Target Allocation - Is there a way to specify fractional percentages?

When I set a target allocation, Quicken seems to accept whole percentages only. If I would like XX.5% in one asset class and YY,5% in another, is there a way to do that?

    No, not that I am aware.  Whole numbers only.
