    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Merrick bank connection. With the 502/101 errors you're experiencing we are currently aware of those and we're currently working on it. We do not have an ETA on the issue currently.

    With the OL 297/301 errors I do not have any additional information on those as they're direct connect so it would be an error on the FI's server side. Since the errors are all at the same time there is a chance they're a similar error so I would wait for more information about the 501 errors to see if they may help as well with direct connect.
