I own 24.67 shares of Disney stock according to my broker. How do I record that in Quicken?

if you are not concerned with the cost basis, just do an 'add' transaction.

if you are concerned with the cost basis, use the broker statement to post each lot using the date of the purchase, the number of shares and the cost per share, Use a 'buy' transaction

Actually, you can use an Add Shares transaction in both cases.  The differentiation between using a Buy or an Add Shares is principally whether you want to account for where the dollars came from.  The Add Shares approach does not 'spend' dollars to 'acquire' the shares.

@PatricknVA -- You have also let much to the imagination.  Short questions tend to produce short answers which may not be as complete as necessary.
