Why does Quicken only download the last three months transactions?

Because of some problems with double entry of several transactions, I elected to delete two of my accounts at Frost Bank and then re-download them. It worked to clear up the transaction problems, but I noticed I'm only able to download three months of transactions, thereby loosing everything else. Is there a way to download more than three months?

It’s totally up to your Frost Bank.Quicken only posts what it receives from the bank… which is usually 90 days worth of transactions.Anything more than that would usually involve manual downloads and imports.0

Download older transactions (Q Windows only)
Depending on how much data the banks offer, you may be able to download older transactions from most banks. Here's more about how to do it:
