Renaming Rule not working

Some of my renaming rules are not working. I am using Home & Business Canada R33.7.

Attached is an example (the rule, the transaction, and my download settings).

Please tell me how to fix.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue. I do apologize for the late response. I'm wondering here what could be causing the issues with your renaming rules. While it's not the same version I would recommend taking a look at this thread below that goes over renaming rules with some of the SU's for errors. I'll leave the thread down below.
