Fidelity Brokerage account shows incorrect share balance

My Fidelity Brokerage account is showing a share balance about 5% low for one of my mutual funds. This problem persists even when I reset the account. Is there a remedy for this? The only matching choice I have when choosing a bank is Fidelity Investments Mac.

    Update: this may be related to reinvestment of dividends a few days ago. After some finagling and re-downloading, I now have the correct share balance showing. However, the dates of share purchases in Quicken do not match those on the Fidelity web site. It somewhat appears that there's a downloading problem between Fidelity and Quicken.
