SOME transactions imported from bank credit card show [ as the entire payee name

This started near the end of June. I was manually correcting them, but that is not satisfactory. It is happening with VISA credit cards from two banks. Is this a known issue?

    Check your Renaming Rules. There might be one in there for a Payee named "[" that grabs and renames all/most transactions. Delete it.
