Why doesn't Quicken Support Chat work?

I click on the Quicken Support "Chat with us" button. Nothing happens.

Hovering over the button reveals

NOTE: The category and the tag are both spurious because there was no category or tag for support or help or chat.

    Thanks. I allowed pop-ups (chrome) and also updated Malwarebytes to allow Ads/Trackers from quicken.com. I now get the chat popup.
