Memorized transactions showing up multiple times

Despite my efforts to check the boxes that tell Quicken not to memorize transactions it continues to do so. I have a palce that I frequent three times per week and invariably I have two new memorized transactions in addition to the one that I set up.

    The "one that you set up" in your Memorized Payee List, is that entry marked as "Locked"? This should prevent additional MPL entries from being created when you add new register transactions.
