Upate will only list Cloud account - it will not list any banks

I have all my banks etc. checked to have transactions downloaded, but when I try to update - all I get is the Quicken Cloud account. I have rebooted Windows 10 pc several times - I have validated and repaired twice - no luck
How do I fix this?

Are you working off a copy of your original data file?
After recent changes to the File Operations processes, creating a copy of your data file will deactivate all accounts in the copied file.
You'd have to reactivate all accounts to continue using the copy.
Or return to using the original data file, not the copy.
Instead of the Copy feature use the Backup feature to create restorable backups of your data file.
