Account Balances Report issues

When I run the Account Balances report with any interval other than NONE, all the values are incorrect. Most banking accounts show a 0 value for every prior interval and the current values do not match the register.

    Found this on another thread and it worked...
    -- Go to File > Validate and Repair and validate your file.
