Citibank transactions not downloading

No new transactions have downloaded since 10/29.  There is no error message or even an indication that the download did not work, but there are multiple transactions during this period.  Anyone else having an issue?  Thx

    I only have Citi credit cards, but they both seem to be downloading normally.
