Added a new security (Bank of America) as a US Stock denominated in US dollars. It shows as expected in the Security List. Trying to add a transaction using this security to my investment account which is denominated in C$ but allows US$ holdings which are simply converted at the exchange rate. The security does NOT appear in the drop down list of available securities when trying to enter a new transaction. I've restarted the program, rebooted, etc. makes no difference - can't select the security. Any thoughts?

Account currency and security currency need to match. Even though your FI may show them in a combined fashion, in Quicken you need separate accounts for the C$ and US$ portions.1
