    I'm using a Quicken Premier subscription, updated to latest version R36.48, and still cannot connect to the Schwab server. I keep getting an immediate cc501 error message whenever I try to reestablish a connection from any of my many Schwab accounts. I have not been able to update since mid November 2021, over 3 weeks ago. [removed - inaccurate]

    Thank you for taking the time to share that you are continuing to receive a CC-501 error when attempting to update your accounts Schwab.

    R36.48 is targeted at resolving specific issues with Schwab connections, but does not include a fix for the CC-501 error.   For more information on the issues R36.48 resolves, please visit here.

    If you haven't already, please review the information and troubleshooting steps available here to resolve this error.

    if the CC-501 persists, we recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for further assistance.
