Savings account interest deposited to another account

Have a savings account with one company and a checking account with a bank. The interest always shows up in the checking account of a bank instead of the savings account file. How do I change this.

    Interest appearing in the wrong account is always frustrating, and I am sorry that you are experiencing this issue. I am happy that you have brought this to our attention, however. What banking institutions are the accounts associated with, and what Connection Type are you using to use online banking services? You can check this by going to 'Tools>Account List>Edit'.

    Amex is the savings account with WEB Connect. Says Automatic Entry is OFF. The other bank account is not set up for downloads.
